All conditions as described below apply, unless both teacher and (all) student(s) / client agree otherwise.
Agreements are valid for the period of the consecutive calendar weeks as stated in the invoice. Agreed lessons can only be taken by the student and tutored by the teacher within the period stated above.Lessons are paid as stated above.In case of exceeding of payment date, E.D.is authorized to stop all lessons till receipt of payment, and is not bound to catch up with missed lesson due this. In case E.D, needs to use the service of a collection agency in order to collect the payment as above ,the amount of lesson hours will be reduced with the amount in € that is charged by the collection agency for it's service. All costs due to international bank transfers will be on behalf of client.In case bank costs due to this are charged on behalf of E.D., the amount of lesson hours will be reduced with the amount in € that is charged by the bank. Rescheduling of lessons is possible, exept for group lessons ( more than 2 persons) and intensive courses and for lessons that do not take place at the E.D. location ( Skype lessons that are non- intensive can also be rescheduled).Both student and teacher can reschedule lessons within the calendar weeks as stated above, if student or teacher has given notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before and if canceller takes care of rescheduling the missed lesson within 5 days from cancellation date. If the student doesn’t follow this guideline, a demand for refund of missed lessons will not be rewarded. If teacher can not keep to all that is stated above, payment of lessons that have not been accomplished will be refunded. No lessons on: Sundays, Christmas eve,1st & 2nd Christmas day, New Years eve, New Years day, 1st & 2nd Eastern day , 1st & 2nd Whitday, Ascension day and Kingsday. Lessons for intensive courses are scheduled in 1.5 or 2 hours per day . Private lessons are scheduled in 1, 1.5 or 2 hours per day . Payment includes digital grammar files,only for Intensive Courses and lessons to more than 1 person there will be an additional € 20,00 for audio- material ( MP 3) on pronunciation . Student understands that ED can resort to substitute teachers in case of being overbooked or in case of sickness or other urgent matters in this period. This will however be avoided as much as possible, in order to enhance the continuity of the lessons and their effects. Excellent Dutch . will ensure and facilitate the technical environment for the Skype lessons, taking into account the unpredictability of the internet in general, for which no one is responsible. However, if system requirements and basic instructions are met, online lessons normally should take place without problems. In case of irregularities on the ‘digital highway’, lessons can be rescheduled within the agreed period.

Scheduling: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. till 8 p.m., Saturday 12 till 4 p.m.
- a trial lesson: Trial lessons are optional. You could also order a 4/8/12/16 weeks arrangement right away. The trial lesson enables you to find out whether Excellent Dutch lessons are what you are looking for.
- single lessons : taking a class every now and then, when you feel like it.
- 4 weeks agreement = doing a minimum of 4 hours in 4 weeks in a row and

- 8 weeks agreement = doing a minimum of 8 hours in 8 weeks in a row and
both student and teacher can occasionally change time and / or date and reschedule in mutual agreement. Cancelled lessons can be caught up within the 4 callendar weeks that are covered by the agreement, if notice of cancellation is given at least 24 hours before and as long as there is space.
- 12 weeks agreement = doing a minimum of 12 hours in 12 weeks in a row, and
both student and teacher can occasionally change time and / or date and reschedule in mutual agreement. Cancelled lessons can be caught up within the 4 callendar weeks that are covered by the agreement, if notice of cancellation is given at least 24 hours before and as long as there is space.
- 16 weeks agreement = doing a minimum of 16 hours in 16 weeks in a row, and
both student and teacher can occasionally change time and / or date and reschedule in mutual agreement. Cancelled lessons can be caught up within the 4 callendar weeks that are covered by the agreement, if notice of cancellation is given at least 24 hours before and as long as there is space.
